In addition to its title, which is an Aboriginal word for ‘welcome,’ Mirambeena carries an Australian theme in the resort’s ochre colour scheme, the dominating colour of the Australian centre landscape. This multi-building resort has two swimming pools and a fitness centre. The resort also has three conference/function rooms, a tour desk, and two guest laundries. Business amenities (click here)Conference rooms: The three conference rooms are the Bilioara (the smallest room with a seating capacity of 20 in a boardroom style), the Nemarluk, and Bul Bul (both with maximum seating capacity of 70 theatre style). The Bul Bul and Nemarluk rooms can be combined into one large conference suite with a capacity of up to 200 theatre style, or a seated lunch/dinner for up to 120 people. The poolside area is also available for pre-dinner drinks.
Audiovisual equipment: Conference rooms are equipped with several complimentary items including whiteboards, pens, paper, and flipcharts (if required). Large TVs, videos, data projectors, overhead projectors, screens, electronic whiteboards, taping facilities, audio systems, microphones, and faxing and photocopying facilities are all available on request.
